Safelite is seeking a Warehouse Lead Associate to direct daily operational workflow and support site leadership. Responsibilities include safety coaching, training on MHE processes, and ensuring efficient fulfillment operations.

The role requires 18+ years, a valid driver’s license, and proven leadership and communication skills, with hands-on MHE experience. The position is on-site with opportunities to advance, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and MVR
• Excellent people, leadership and communication skills
• Experience operating MHE including forklift, order picker, reach truck

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operational workflow and assign tasks.
• Identify risks and implement action plans for safety.
• Provide training on processes, safety, and equipment use.
• Operate MHE (forklift, order picker, reach truck) as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and perform housekeeping duties.
