Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join an excellent team in Clyde, OH. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork, with opportunities to supervise and support regular warehouse functions. The position offers a strong benefits package and a competitive hourly wage.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with overtime as needed. Responsibilities include staging, loading, inventory control, and operating warehouse equipment to move and package goods.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience required.
• 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and related equipment where applicable.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assemble product containers and crates; pack and label for shipping.
• Read work orders and determine material and equipment needs.
• Record units moved and maintain inventory records.
• Ensure damaged products are identified and handled appropriately.
• Complete daily logs and communicate with shifts.
