Job summary

The position offers a 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, a $20.87 base rate plus a $0.25 shift differential, and a $1500 retention bonus after 120 days. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401K.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required, but preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking, organizational, flexible, and time management skills required.
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Match numbers and letters accurately.
• Unload and load trailers and stage products for shipping.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and related equipment where applicable.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following safety requirements.
• Read work orders and determine material and equipment needs.
• Assemble, pack and label containers for shipping.
