Job summary

Brame Specialty Company Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations across the Carolinas and support teams in achieving safe, efficient, and accurate order fulfillment. You will supervise associates, monitor processes, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

1–2 years of related warehouse experience.
Ability to operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks and stock pickers.
Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.
Experience using handheld RF scan guns and basic computer skills.
Positive, professional attitude with strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor warehouse activities to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment.
Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing guidance to the team.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Oversee inventory management including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
Identify and resolve workflow issues to improve efficiency.
Communicate operational needs and updates with management and other departments.
Perform routine quality checks and assist with cycle counts or audits.
Fulfill other duties as assigned by the manager.
