Qualifications

• Some college coursework or a minimum of 3 years prior experience in an automated distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience a plus.
• AS400 and PC knowledge desired.
• Certified in powered lift equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the daily production requirements as directed by the Department Supervisor.
• Meet internal and external customer requirements per specifications.
• Report accurate information on quantities, productivity and labor daily.
• Maintain flexible priorities and re-assign staff as needed to meet goals.
• Lead start-up meetings and communicate production schedule requirements and assignments.
• Maintain accurate break and lunch schedules for all staff.
• Ensure proper use of scanning equipment and movement of product.
• Operate equipment safely following company guidelines and maintain productivity.
