The Lead Associate in Operations will supervise the team, assist the Supervisor, and oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting. You will help ensure safety, efficiency, and accuracy in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 3 years of warehouse operations experience.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Senior Warehouse Associate or similar.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team as assigned and direct daily tasks.
• Monitor workflow metrics and coordinate reports to management.
• Conduct daily safety walks and communicate findings to Supervisors.
• Review complex shipments and staged goods prior to shipping for quality.
• Update monthly fuel service charges and shipping cost documents.
