Reliance, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Leadperson to coordinate daily warehouse activities, manage orders and inventory allocations, and assign tasks to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The Leadperson will work closely with the Manager/Assistant Manager of Plant Operations to maintain productivity and communicate priorities. Responsibilities include leading a working team, reviewing orders and freight, and ensuring proper material handling and safety practices across warehouse bays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience or equivalent education/experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including order management and inventory allocation.
• Assign employee tasks and monitor workflow for productivity and safety.
• Distribute material and inventory to warehouse staff for order completion.
• Review inventory levels and resolve discrepancies.
• Load trucks and document shipments and loading activities.
• Inspect incoming stock and ensure correct placement in warehouse.
