Job summary

You will coach the warehouse team, assign tasks, and monitor inventory using SAP and Warehouse Management Systems. This role requires 2 years of warehouse experience and 1 year of supervisory responsibilities, with the ability to work a 1st shift schedule and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; address performance as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Safely operate equipment and provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders, investigate issues, and manage inventory records.
• Adhere to 7S program and keep a safe, clean work environment.
