Job summary

Menasha Corporation’s ORBIS RPM unit is seeking a Warehouse Lead on 1st Shift to guide daily warehouse activities, back-up management duties, and ensure accurate paperwork. The role suits someone with warehouse experience ready to move into leadership, with daily tasks including forklift operation, safety compliance, and coordination with center management.

You will join a team focused on efficient distribution, inventory control, and quality assurance while supporting a healthy work-life

Qualifications

• 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• Prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations.
• Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Accurately complete daily paperwork and documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager.
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely.
• Follow and reinforce all company safety rules and policies.
• Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center.
• Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints.

ORBIS RPM is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to support all Warehouse Associate duties while also serving as a back-up to the Service Center Manager and/or Service Center Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership.
