Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and coach team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role suits someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys problem-solving and process improvement.

You will work on the Sun-Thu 10pm–6:30am shift, earn $24.96 base plus $0.75 differential per hour, and participate in training and development programs designed to grow your career within a global logistics partner.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices!
• Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team
• Hands-on problem solver with a process improvement mindset!

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks to maintain workflow.
• Train and mentor employees with on-the-job coaching.
• Audit procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in scheduling and planning to optimize labor.
• Resolve conflicts and promote teamwork per policies.
• Lead shifts to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
