Mattress Warehouse is seeking a Warehouse Lead in High Point, NC to oversee the night shipping shift. You will lead, coach, and train associates, enforce policies, and coordinate with other departments while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Primary hours are night shift with day shift availability, and a strong attendance record is essential. The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with warehousing software, and the ability to optimize processes and reduce damages.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory ability are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with RF guns and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate, and manage associates on the night shipping shift.
• Train, guide, and evaluate new warehouse workers.
• Enforce company policies and improve productivity.
• Measure and report warehousing performance and KPI results.
• Collaborate with other departments and coordinate activities.
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment and space utilization.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and basic HR duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
