Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Lead for night shift in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Earn up to $25.00 per hour while leading and coordinating a team of hourly associates, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to read and communicate in English. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, push up to 60 pounds, and handle stairs and heights.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Reliable with good work pace and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with client managers and provide guidance to support their success.
• Maintain open door policy with hourly associates and address questions and issues.
• Coordinate and manage large group meetings for hourly staff.
• Provide performance feedback and disciplinary actions onsite.
• Audit safety and employee relations adherence; recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain confidentiality while managing workflow on onsite projects.
• Participate in site and company project teams focusing on process improvement.

About the Role:

Pay Rate: $25.00

Shift Times (as available): Recruiter will place you on one of the below shifts and start date can possibly change.

• Sunday through Wednesday 6:30 PM- 5:00 AMOutbound.
• Wednesday to Saturday 6:30 PMto 5:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Relationships with Client managers through daily interaction and weekly meetings. Solicit their input of hourly associate performance and department concerns. Provide them with the guidance and support needed to ensure your partnership is contributing to their success.
• Maintain open door policy with hourly associates, answering questions regarding policies and procedures, actively listening of concerns and issues raised, escalating issues as appropriate, and maintaining confidential conversations.
• Coordinate and manage large group meetings for hourly associates, including Stand Up Meetings.
• Provide performance feedback and disciplinary action to Onsite Team.
• Communicate and audit adherence to safety and employee relations policies, investigate complaints or deviations from policy, and make recommendations for corrective action as needed.
• Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality, while managing workflow for company and onsite client projects.
• Participate in site and company project teams with a focus on process improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Push utility cards up to 60 pounds
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• High school diploma or a GED
• Must be able to read and write and communicate in English
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be reliable, have good time-management skills and have ability to work at a steady pace
• Walks, stands, bends and stoops for 8-10 hours during shift to locate items from orders, organize product and fulfill orders
• Repetitious regular lifting of 20-35 pounds; moving of boxes, to access product, up to 40 pounds
• Occasional small step stool/ladder usage; obtaining product located on upper shelves
