Job Summary:

Custom Truck One Source is seeking a Warehouse Lead with experience in heavy and light duty trucks and equipment. The role demands a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity, along with previous warehouse or parts experience. The Warehouse Lead will manage parts inventory, oversee warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, and parts counter operations, provide daily leadership, and perform assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in all daily warehouse functions.
2. Monitor and oversee warehouse staff productivity.
3. Report inventory discrepancies and coordinate with management for resolution.
4. Maintain proper labeling and accurate location of inventory items.
5. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and outside storage.
6. Report maintenance needs for warehouse equipment and perform daily forklift checks.
7. Conduct city deliveries or pickups as needed.
8. Follow safety regulations and report concerns.
9. Perform miscellaneous projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience in parts or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in demanding environments and meet deadlines.
• Self-sufficient, innovative, and able to work independently.
• Effective communication skills.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

• Punctual attendance, with scheduled hours between 5:00 am and 7:00 am, Monday-Friday.
• Use of safety gear required.
• Exposure to various environmental conditions and use of warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
