Job summary

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse floor activities by training and monitoring staff.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and shipping to meet service and cost goals.
• Train staff in using warehouse management systems.
• Coach and mentor team; communicate work expectations and results.
• Lead lean thinking initiatives to remove waste.
• Perform duties in indoor environments with temperature extremes.
• Arrive before or stay after shift as needed.
• Stand/walk extensively while operating equipment.
• Lift up to 60 pounds regularly.
