Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Lead at our Pewaukee, WI facility. This role supports all warehouse activities, serves as back-up to the Service Center Manager/Supervisor, and leads a team to uphold safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have distribution/warehouse experience, forklift proficiency, and prior leadership experience. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days and opportunities to advance within the ORBIS organization.

Qualifications

• 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience.
• Prior forklift experience required.
• Prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations.
• Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Accurately complete daily paperwork and documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager.
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely.
• Follow and reinforce all company safety rules and policies.
• Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center.
• Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints.
• Ensure team members meet job expectations and adhere to ORBIS policies.
