ORBIS RPM, part of Menasha Corporation, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Lead to support Warehouse Associate duties and back‑up the Service Center Manager. Ideal for someone with warehouse experience ready to advance to leadership.

Formación

• 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience
• Prior forklift experience
• Prior leadership experience

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations
• Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed
• Accurately complete daily paperwork and documentation
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely
• Follow and reinforce all company safety rules and policies
• Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center
• Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints
• Ensure team members meet job expectations and adhere to ORBIS policies
