Job summary

Syncreon in Moreno Valley, CA is building a brand-new 24/7 distribution center and seeks a hands-on Warehouse Lead to guide frontline teams, drive operational excellence, and maintain a safe, productive work environment.

You will oversee receiving, shipping, inventory, and KPI tracking, mentor staff, and collaborate with supervisors to plan staffing and shifts in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role (Lead, Supervisor, etc.).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of warehouse associates.
• Manage daily operations: receiving, shipping, picking, packing, inventory.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and attendance.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies.
• Support supervisors with staffing planning and workload.
• Use WMS to document records and drive improvements.
