Qualifications

• Must have high school education or equivalent.
• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb frequently; some roles may require 35 lb to carry.
• Some client locations require a valid driver's license with MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items, and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products using FIFO for perishables.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as trained.
• Picks inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload and transport products within the warehouse.
• Maintain routine physical inventory counts and logs.
• Complete administrative duties including inventory/temperature/spoilage records.
• Keep work areas clean and safe per PPE and OSHA requirements.
• Ensure security of client and company assets.
