Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory movement, staging, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced team environment.

You will apply practical warehouse knowledge, equipment proficiency, and safety practices to support daily workflow, guide less experienced teammates, and ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Two years of related warehouse/ logistics experience or equivalent.
• Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Receive, store, move, pick, stage, package, and ship products accurately and efficiently.
• Allocate, distribute, pull, and verify quantities and documentation for accuracy.
• Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Package and stage materials for shipment with labeling and documentation.
• Ship products using approved methods and carriers.
• Assist with cycle counts and stock location updates.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing products for damage and quality concerns.
• Complete paperwork and system updates related to receiving/shipping.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment after safety training.
• Identify and escalate unusual issues to supervisor.
