• 2+ years of warehouse, production, or inventory experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily production reconciliation and ensure finished goods match production reports.
• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy for finished goods and raw materials.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Oversee receiving operations, verify quantities, lot codes, COAs, and material condition.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and verify shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists).
• Upload receiving, shipping, and production paperwork into the company system daily.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps in documentation or workflow.
