Job summary

MWI Animal Health in Edwardsville, KS is seeking a Warehouse Lead to guide daily inbound and outbound operations, reconcile inventory variances, and support team productivity in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will lead receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch staging, monitor stock levels and shipment timelines, assist warehouse leadership in training distribution associates, address damaged freight or delays while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in supply chain preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience.
• CSCP or equivalent logistics certification is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflow across receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch staging areas.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction records.
• Monitor stock levels, storage compliance, and shipment dispatch timelines.
• Investigate damaged freight, shipping exceptions, and root causes for delays.
• Assist warehouse leadership in training and mentoring distribution associates.
