Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or distribution.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with RF-SMART, NetSuite, or similar ERP/WMS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and shipping/receiving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations with focus on organization and accountability.
• Coordinate workflow to support production schedules and route operations.
• Receive, inspect, label, stock, pull, stage, and distribute materials accurately.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments and transfers.
• Maintain inventory records using RF-SMART and NetSuite with high accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse team members.
