Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 3–5 years in a warehouse leadership role with inventory systems auditing.
• Experience with logistics documentation (DD Forms 1149/1348s) and MS Office."
• Forklift certification preferred; ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Establish inventory controls and quality compliance.
• Design stock organization, layout optimization, and bin-mapping for efficient operations.
• Oversee inbound receipts and outbound issues with accurate documentation.
• Perform physical inspections and reconcile variances against system records.
• Maintain data integrity of stock movements and bin assignments in ELMS.
• Track real-time asset movements and generate standard inventory reports.
• Supervise, schedule, and train warehouse staff; enforce OSHA safety guidelines.
