Job summary

Empire Today in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our Installation Warehouse team. You will oversee daily warehouse operations and master the Warehouse Management System to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has prior high-volume warehouse experience, can operate machinery safely, and provides excellent customer service while meeting overtime needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous high-volume warehouse experience.
• Operate warehouse machinery safely.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• High level of internal and external customer service.
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime when needed.
• Ability to lift/move up to 75lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily warehouse activities including loadout preparation and unloading shipments.
• Receive, unload, verify shipments and prepare inventory for next day.
• Manage inventory storage and verify accuracy; process returned inventory.
• Perform daily cycle counts and monitor inventory adjustments.
• Ensure warehouse machinery is operated safely and maintained.
• Address occupational safety concerns with management.

Compensation Information:

$28/hour

Responsibilities:

• Completion of all daily warehouse activities, included (but not limited to):
  • Daily pre- and post-loadout preparation and activities.
  • Receive/unload/verify shipments.
  • Perform all inventory preparation for the next day’s loadout.
  • Proper management/storage of inventory, including verifying for accuracy.
  • Processing of all returned inventory.
  • Daily monitoring of inventory adjustments.
  • Daily cycle counts.
• Ensure all warehouse machinery is operated safely.
• Perform regular warehouse audits/machinery checks to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Work with management to address any occupational and safety concerns.
