Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Warehouse Lead for a full-time role in Ashburn, VA. You will assist in supervising the warehouse, support the Warehouse Manager, and help prepare shipments while ensuring accuracy and proper inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in supervising the warehouse team.
• Support the Warehouse Manager in running the warehouse.
• Prepare items for shipping, receiving, storing and inventory.
• Ensure accuracy and condition of shipments.
• Review records for accuracy and procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and ordering supplies.
• Participate in training and evaluating team members.
