Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our ORBIS service center in Illinois. You will provide daily leadership, oversee distribution tasks, and ensure accurate paperwork and safe operations.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, communicating quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager, using Word and Excel, and assisting management in achieving financial goals while enforcing safety rules and ORBIS policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience.
• Prior forklift experience required.
• Prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards.
• Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Accurately complete daily paperwork and documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely.
• Follow safety rules and policies.
• Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center.
• Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints.
