ORBIS RPM, part of Menasha Corporation, seeks a motivated Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations and back up the Service Center Manager. This role targets someone with warehouse experience ready to move into leadership, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience
• Prior forklift experience required
• Prior leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations
• Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed
• Accurately complete daily paperwork and documentation
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safelyFollow and reinforce all company safety rules and policies
• Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center
• Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints
• Ensure team members meet job expectations and adhere to ORBIS policies
