Job summary

Global Thermoforming Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Shipping/Receiving Specialist to manage materials flow, operate forklifts, and coordinate shipments with production and carriers.

You will verify counts, weights, labels against packing lists, receive and organize incoming materials, maintain accurate inventory, and keep the warehouse safe and organized in a production environment with temperature extremes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of forklift operating experience.
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Safety-conscious approach to forklift and material handling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with temperature extremes, including Arizona heat.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move materials and finished products.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and verify shipment accuracy.
• Prepare large pallets of finished products for shipment.
• Verify counts, weights, labels, and other identifying information against packing lists, bills of lading, invoices, and orders.
• Receive, inspect, prepare and organize incoming materials and supplies.
• Identify and report damaged materials, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory of finished products, raw materials, and supplies.
• Keep the warehouse and surrounding areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company procedures and ISO quality standards.
• Communicate with production, internal departments, and transportation carriers to coordinate shipments and materials.
• Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Shipping/Receiving Specialist to help manage the flow of materials and finished products throughout our facility.

This is a hands‑on position for someone who is organized, dependable, safety-minded, and experienced with forklift operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

You will be responsible for keeping our warehouse and material flow running efficiently from receiving incoming materials to preparing finished products for shipment. You will work closely with our production team, internal departments, and transportation carriers to ensure products and materials are handled accurately and safely.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the warehouse, stay organized, and pay close attention to the details that keep production moving.
