Trinidad Benham is seeking a Warehouse Lead in the City of Industry, CA. The role oversees shipping/receiving activities, ensures safety and productivity, and coordinates daily warehouse operations in the absence of the supervisor.

You will manage loading/unloading, FIFO rotation, and staff training while maintaining accurate paperwork and communication with management. Ideal candidates have forklift certification, high school diploma, and 6 months to 1 year in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Minimum of 6 months to one year of related experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and execute all shipping and receiving activities as directed by Warehouse Supervisor.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity objectives are met.
• Oversee start-up of daily warehouse operations in absence of supervisor.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of outbound and inbound shipments.
• Ensure orders are picked to ready ship date.
• Serve as direct contact to shipping and receiving clerk.
• Maintain FIFO stock rotation and space allocation.
• Communicate shortages and damages; assist training of staff.
