Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel locally between properties.
• Ability to operate field and warehouse tasks flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized, efficient warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee receiving, storage, packing, and distribution of supplies.
• Support field operations with property inspections and Breezeway admin tasks.
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance in all activities.
• Document inventory movement and generate basic reports.
• Coordinate with property teams and vendors as needed.
• Shift between warehouse and field duties based on daily needs.
