Job summary

American Lumper Services LLC seeks an Experienced Warehouse Lead in Minooka to supervise daily warehouse operations and guide a team in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and leading by example in a dynamic 3PL environment.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train staff, optimize workflow, and handle data entry tasks using Excel and MS Teams. This is a full-time on-site position with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Must have proven supervisory and leadership experience with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring and coaching is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and data entry/analysis is essential.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and attendance, background check, drug-free environment, English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a warehouse team in loading/unloading, sorting products, and stacking.
• Monitor equipment use (forklifts, scanners) and ensure safety.
• Train and guide team members on productivity and safety best practices.
• Coordinate daily workflow and assign tasks for smooth operations.
• Perform simple computer tasks using Excel, Word, and MS Teams.
