Job summary

Capstone-Logistics,-LL is seeking a high-energy, hardworking individual for warehouse operations that involve physical tasks and the opportunity to grow into a supervisory path. You will learn all aspects of receiving, unloading, and loading operations in a warehouse environment, working solo or in teams with limited supervision.

Responsibilities include safety observations, coaching, and coordination with leadership, along with yard marshalling duties.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic. Work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience preferred, but training is available for right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Stretching exercises before each shift.
• Safety observations and coaching.
• Support management and training.
• Communication with leadership.
• Oversee yard marshalling duties and maintain workflow.
