Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure safety and service levels, and manage partner needs in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will oversee shifts, coach staff, and maintain accurate data entry and reporting in a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience in industrial settings, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

1–2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
Proven experience delivering high levels of customer service to partners.
Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Strong organization and prioritizing skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure partner needs are met daily.
Document and resolve customer service or associate issues and report to Regional Director as needed.
Ensure associates follow Capstone policies and safety rules.
Hold weekly safety meetings with associate participation.
Schedule associate shifts based on partner requirements.
Assist with interviewing, orientation and training of new associates.
Negotiate dock level rates with common carrier representatives.
Supervise data entry and ensure accuracy of services performed.
Comply with administrative reporting and financial policies.
