Sway in Houston, TX is hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Lead to support fast-paced operations. This hands-on role focuses on sorting, scanning, organizing, and moving packages to ensure smooth daily fulfillment and outbound flow.

You’ll lead on-site during your shift, train new associates, coordinate with drivers, and work closely with the Operations Manager to improve workflows. Compensation is $20/hour with potential growth as the team expands and PTO eligibility for part-time staff applies.

Formación

• Prior warehouse, logistics, or similar hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, sort, and organize inventory with accuracy.
• Assist the team in managing incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse layout to keep things running smoothly.
• Help train and guide new associates on standard operating procedures.
• Be the on-site point person during your shift for team coordination and questions.
• Communicate delivery issues, delays, or other concerns to the HQ team.
• Coordinate with drivers for pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Double-check shipments, delivery photos, and labels for accuracy.
• Share ideas with the Operations Manager to make processes more efficient.
• Suggest workflow improvements that could make the team’s job easier.
• Help ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed each shift.
