Sway is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Lead for the morning shift in Houston, TX. This hands-on role focuses on sorting, organizing, and moving packages to ensure smooth daily fulfillment and outbound flow.

You will train new associates, serve as the on-site point person during your shift, and coordinate with drivers and the HQ team. We offer a fast-paced startup environment with growth opportunities into lead or full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, logistics, or similar hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

• Nice to have: Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.

About the Role

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Lead to support operations. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, focused on sorting, scanning, organizing, and moving packages to ensure smooth daily fulfillment and outbound flow.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady part‑time work with opportunities to grow into more senior warehouse or lead roles as the team expands.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, sort, and organize inventory with accuracy
• Assist the team in managing incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse layout to keep things running smoothly
• Help train and guide new associates on standard operating procedures
• Be the on‑site point person during your shift for team coordination and questions
• Communicate delivery issues, delays, or other concerns to the HQ team
• Coordinate with drivers for pickups and deliveries as needed
• Double‑check shipments, delivery photos, and labels for accuracy
• Share ideas with the Operations Manager to make processes more efficient
• Suggest workflow improvements that could make the team’s job easier
• Help ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed each shift
