Job summary

Sway in Richmond, CA is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Lead to support daily fulfillment and outbound flow. This hands-on role focuses on sorting, scanning, organizing and moving packages efficiently.

You'll train new associates on standard operating procedures, be the on-site point person during shifts, and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. This is a great stepping stone to lead roles as we grow.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

About the Role

We are hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Lead to support operations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on sorting, scanning, organizing, and moving packages to ensure smooth daily fulfillment and outbound flow.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, sort, and organize inventory with accuracy
• Assist the team in managing incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse layout to keep things running smoothly
• Help train and guide new associates on standard operating procedures
• Be the on-site point person during your shift for team coordination and questions
• Communicate delivery issues, delays, or other concerns to the HQ team
• Coordinate with drivers for pickups and deliveries as needed
• Double-check shipments, delivery photos, and labels for accuracy
• Share ideas with the Operations Manager to make processes more efficient
• Suggest workflow improvements that could make the team’s job easier
• Help ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed each shift
