Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Washington is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee daily operations, assign tasks to associates, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards. The role requires adapting to cold and dry storage areas with appropriate PPE and lifting loads as needed.

The position offers a Monday–Friday shift with starting pay around $25.00 per hour plus full benefits and weekly pay, and opportunities to grow within the organization as you contribute to efficient warehouse

Qualifications

3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs/18 kgs and handle heavy materials.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
Experience with forklift operation and warehouse equipment.
Comfort working in cold storage and varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective actions.
Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading and product relocation.
Handle and document daily inspections including equipment and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service Coach and provide feedback to associates.
Perform assigned projects as instructed.
