Job summary

Tomra North America Inc., Rotterdam, NY, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Lead to supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to meet daily distribution targets.

You will study production schedules, assign duties, monitor time and materials, oversee inbound/outbound inventory, and support driver and audit processes while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform eight-hour shift.
• Willing to work overtime on weekends to meet business demands.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse workers.
• Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements.
• Interpret specifications and assign duties to workers.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Oversee inbound and outbound inventory control and the driver/audit process.
• Maintain time and production records and supervise the execution of tasks.
