Job summary

DP World in Eagle Mountain, UT is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate department operations, document procedures, and drive daily KPI performance. This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to backfill as needed.

You will mentor staff, liaise with other departments, and help meet production goals while adapting to shifting schedules. A high school diploma or GED and prior forklift experience are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED.
• Experience in a Lead role.
• Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
• Prior forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence when required.
• Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.
• Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and KPIs of the site.
• Other duties as assigned.
