Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to assist the Warehouse Manager and supervise daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will train staff, ensure safety policies are followed, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs in a hot or cold environment. A forklift/PIT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, successful completion of operations.
• Ensures processes are followed (damaged product intake, etc.) and supports Warehouse Manager.
• Trains and leads personnel, driving continuous improvement.
• Communicates improvements to management and staff including quality and OOS issues.
• Promotes safety culture and compliance with policies.
• Provides direction and coaching to teammates and assists in interviewing candidates.
