• Familiarity with RF scanners and WMS systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse associates and coordinate daily workflow.

• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance.

• Perform inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.

• Ensure on-time shipment processing and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and warehouse safety standards.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
