Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Florida is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Lead to plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates across shifts. You will ensure service, quality, safety and productivity meet company and customer standards, coordinating with Operations leadership daily.

The role involves supervising loading/unloading, forklift use, inspections, and adherence to safety protocols. Weekend rotation may be required.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage with PPE.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kgs).
Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
Comfortable with variable noise levels.

Responsibilities

Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action.
Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading and forklift operation.
Handle and document daily inspections including equipment and inbound/outbound trailer checks.
Check shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service Coach and provide feedback.
Perform assigned projects as instructed.
