Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia in Savannah is seeking a Warehouse Lead/Box Truck Driver to oversee donated goods at our distribution hub. You will safeguard, process, and supervise the work of hub associates, ensuring training and safety standards are met.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, and box truck experience. We offer competitive weekly pay, health and retirement benefits, PTO, holidays, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle and move merchandise up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
• High School Graduate/GED
• 1 year supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse
• Forklift experience preferred
• Box Truck experience required
• Driving record in good standing

Responsibilities

• Safeguard and efficiently process all donated goods within a Donated Goods distribution hub
• Supervise, coordinate, schedule, inspect, and approve the work of hub Warehouse associates
• Ensure that all assigned associates are properly trained
• Establish and maintain process control procedures and equipment maintenance
