Job summary

Imperial Brady in Knoxville, TN is hiring a Warehouse Lead Associate to guide a growing team and champion safety standards on all warehouse operations. This role requires hands-on leadership and a strong safety mindset, with a schedule of Sunday night to Thursday night, 5:00pm–1:30am.

You will train selectors, supervise warehouse staff, audit pallets, assist with loading, investigate incidents, and develop safety reports while partnering with the supervisor to cover desks when needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift experience preferred.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Train new selectors on the selection process
• Train warehouse employees and others regarding safety-related issues
• Audit pallets and work
• Assist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring proper load quality
• Collaborate with the supervisor to cover the desk when necessary
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and work-related injuries
• Prepare and submit accident-related compliance forms and maintain files
• Develop various safety reports and cost-saving recommendations
• Develop employees engaged in safety, training, and/or compliance processes.
