Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking an Assembly Lead to supervise the assembly team, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of work in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will report issues to management, train new associates, and uphold safety standards while coordinating with other departments on projects.

The role requires strong communication, reading/writing skills, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Associates in the assigned group and ensure timely completion of work.
• Assign tasks to team, report problems to management, and foster a positive department environment.
• Operate RF gun and coordinate with other Assembly departments to complete work.
• Train new associates and enforce safety rules; support leads on special projects.
