Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day training, coaching, and guidance to warehouse team members to support productivity, quality, and adherence to established processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during supervisor absences, assisting with issue resolution, workflow coordination, and escalation of operational concerns as needed.
  • Support warehouse leadership with special projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, efficiency, and service performance.
  • Maintain warehouse documentation and records, including receipts, packing slips, shipping labels, bills of lading, delivery notes, and shipping/receiving documentation.
  • Process and verify shipping and receiving transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of all records.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate information within warehouse management systems, inventory databases, and related tracking tools.
  • Manage inventory data and support inventory accuracy by updating stock records, tracking inventory movements, and investigating discrepancies. Process orders and provide administrative support for picking, packing, shipping, and fulfillment activities.

Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, And Education)

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records.

Physical Requirements And Working Conditions

Performing General Physical Activities – Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials up to 50 pounds. May require prolonged periods of sitting or standing, moving over uneven or slick surfaces, and maneuvering around warehouse environment.
