Job summary

MSI Express in Portage, Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage the flow of materials into and out of the facility and ensure correct materials reach production areas.

You will organize the warehouse, tag raw materials, prepare Bills of Lading, perform pre-maintenance forklift checks, and supervise data entry and material handlers, while upholding GMP standards.

This is a full-time, on-site role offering opportunities to improve warehouse processes and collaborate with production teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse logistics and material handling.
• Ability to prepare Bills of Lading and document incoming materials.
• Knowledge of GMPs and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate raw materials flow and production material delivery.
• Organize warehouse layout and maintain correct material locations.

• Receive and document incoming materials; load/unload trucks.
• Perform pre-maintenance checks on forklift; supervise material handlers.

ROLE PURPOSE/ POSITION SUMMARY

The Shift/Department Warehouse Lead will have the responsibility for all materials entering and leaving the facility and the delivery of correct materials to and from production areas and the placement of all materials in the production and warehouse areas.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• The coordination of raw materials.
• The organization of the warehouse and knowledge of products location.
• The delivery of needed materials to production area.
• Preparing Bills of Lading.
• Receiving of incoming materials and documenting.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Pre-Maintenance check on forklift.
• Data Entry.
• Overseeing the Material Handlers responsibilities.
• Making raw material tags, receivers, and FIFO’s.
• Comply with all GMP’s
• All other duties as assigned
