Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Mon - Thurs 8:00pm - 6:30am

Pay: $19.00 per hour + Shift diff. + Bonus eligible

Reach Logistics is a global eCommerce logistics and strategy company partnering with major brands to distribute products on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and more. We operate 6 warehouses across 5 countries, shipping 39M units annually, and are growing rapidly. We are seeking a dependable, full-time Warehouse Lead in Hebron, KY.

Summary of Role

Serve as the primary contact for associates, providing guidance and training on industry best practices; ensure adherence to safety standards; communicate positively; address problems; and conduct audits to identify issues, providing constructive feedback.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as lead in a specific department with ability to flex to other departments as needed
• Guide and train employees on warehouse guidelines and procedures
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment
• Oversee daily operations in assigned area
• Enforce compliance and quality standards
• Proactively audit to detect and solve problems
• Ensure readiness for next shift, completing all tasks and resolving issues
• Communicate effectively with associates regarding product quality
• Identify and address training deficiencies
• Maintain confidentiality
• Assist in other areas as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Strong problem-solving and motivational skills
• Approachable, welcoming, and friendly
• At least 1 year of experience in a quality, lead, or training role
• Dependable and punctual
• Attention to detail
• Hands-on, solution-oriented, able to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills in system and manual environments
• Ability to motivate employees and lead by example
• Computer skills including Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets

Physical Requirements

• Stand/walk for 8-10 hours
• Regularly bend, lift, stretch, and reach
• Lift and move items up to 50 pounds
• Use pallet jacks and carts
