Job summary

Compana Pet Brands in Omaha, NE seeks a Warehouse Lead to drive efficiency on the 4pm–2am shift. You’ll manage schedules, safety, and daily priorities with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years warehouse or distribution experience.
• Forklift certification within 90 days.
• Effective communicator and team leader.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Generating, reviewing, and executing warehouse schedules for picking and replenishment.
• Ensuring all equipment is safe and operational, and that all operators adhere to defined safe operating practices.
• Ensuring the team understands daily priorities and objectives during pre-shift meetings.
• Monitoring and enforcing adherence to scheduled breaks and lunch periods.
• Training and supporting team members on warehouse systems and processes.
• Ensuring inventory accuracy and performing cycle counts as needed.
• Ensuring all staged shipments meet quality and accuracy standards.

Title: Warehouse Lead

Location: Omaha, NE

Hours: 4pm to 2am, M-Th and any Friday’s we need to support production or catch up on warehouse work
