Phillips Pet Food & Supplies is hiring a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and prepare orders while supporting a fast-paced team. You will use voice picks, maintain accuracy, and help ensure same-day shipment for top pet brands.

The role requires 2+ years of warehouse experience with pallet jacks and a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. Monday–Friday day shifts, potential overtime, and a supportive workplace are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience with pallet jacks.
• Ability to meet performance targets and deadlines.
• Basic math and reading skills (English).
• RF scanner and forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced, production environment with clear hourly goals.
• Use voice and/or pick tickets to accurately select products.

• Inspect products to ensure top quality for our customers.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against orders and invoices.

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies Distribution Center – Algona, WA

• 5-day work week
• Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am- 2:30 pm (or until work is complete)
• Overtime available as needed

Pay: $20.00/hour

What You’ll Do

• Work in a fast-paced, production environment with clear hourly goals

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
